As of June 1st, 2020, FairWind formally initiated a transition of the South Europe & South America Regional leadership.
Strengthening our regional presence has for the last years been a cornerstone of the FairWind growth strategy, and when it comes to the SESA region FairWind is now taking the next leap by announcing Juan Alonso Nino as your new Head of Region SESA. Juan comes with multiple years of industry experience and has recently worked at Suzlon in the role as Head of Project Management and prior to this Head of Service. More operationally, Juan has years of experience from sites and knows how to optimize works in transparent dialogue with partners.
Juan will be accountable for continuing the commercial trajectory within the region, have the full P&L responsibility and drive the regional action plan for further development of organizational robustness. He will have his direct reporting line to CEO John Funch and will be working out of Spain. His contact details are:
• Head of Region SEAS Juan Alonso Nino, firstname.lastname@example.org
As part of this regional leadership transition, Jakub Palczynski – who comes with experience as Head of our SGRE business – will step in and support Juan by taking responsibility for ensuring best practices in Project Management Execution for all future projects within the SESA region.
Finally, FairWind has also decided to move our Regional office from Barcelona to Madrid. This will keep us closer to main partners. Since Juan is already living in Madrid, there will be no logistical challenges for him – and with the purpose of maintaining consistency key employees will also relocate from Barcelona to Madrid and continue with FairWind as resourceful support to the leadership.
We trust that you as our partner will find this leadership transition valuable and we are looking forward to continuing doing business.
