FairWind technicians assisted Siemens in installing a new type of turbine, the SWT-3.3-130, at a pilot project site in Damme, Germany.
Our technicians:
- Helped Siemens develop best practices for the installation and service of these new turbines.
- Worked closely with and offered feedback to Siemens engineers on the design of the turbine to improve its installation and service going forward.
FairWind leveraged technicians with years of experience working with Siemens and their turbines to provide the customer with valuable input.
This cooperation gave the customer valuable input that directly improved the process of installation and maintenance of these turbines, resulting in increased efficiency and thus lower costs for all such activities going forward for the client.
