Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Issuing sales invoices in accordance with contract terms
• Verifying the accuracy of submitted documents, attachments, and specifications
• Posting sales invoices in the ERP system
• Analyzing contract prices, completed hours, costs, and project budgets
• Preparing work-in-progress reports
• Managing ongoing accounting operations, verifying accuracy, and reconciling accounts and financial dimensions related to sales invoicing
• Developing and generating routine reports to support senior management and key business stakeholders in tracking progress
• Assisting in the settlement and control of receivables
• Participating in month-end and year-end closing tasks
• Supporting audit processes
• Monitoring project revenues and costs
• Collaborating closely with other departments and providing mutual support
• Suggesting improvements in project oversight processes and work methods

Our requirements:

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of finance/accounting
• Proficiency in English (communication level)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail, precision, and good organizational skills
