  • Owning and executing recruitment projects for Wind Turbine Technicians, skilled and new to the industry.
  • Practical, hands-on approach to recruitment, including addressing short-term sales requests and upcoming projects.
  • Developing the wind turbine technician talent pool to meet sales requirements, project requirements and peak season demands.
  • Playing a pivotal role in FairWind’s recruitment and branding strategy, contributing to market presence, and expanding our database of skilled technicians for future projects and entry into new markets.
  • Negotiating salary rates and finalizing agreements between internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Maintaining a recruitment process with particular emphasis on speed, flexibility and scalability.
  • Continuously enhancing processes and tools associated with recruitment to improve efficiency, global consistency, and candidate experience.
  • Reviewing internal recruitment policies to ensure the efficacy of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
  • Executing effective recruitment activities in relevant markets in alignment with business needs and the global recruitment strategy.
  • Enhancing the customer experience within FairWind for internal stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.


  • At least 2-3 years of recruitment expertise.
  • Preferably brings experience from the wind industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling high-volume recruitment within a dynamic setting.
  • Aptitude for providing outstanding service leading to elevated customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of proactively managing workloads.
  • Possesses a positive attitude towards service delivery.
  • Determined and resilient professional.
  • Ability to establish and maintain organizational structure while also thinking innovatively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English – must have.
  • Driver’s license cat. B – must have.
