We are looking for a Quality & IMS Specialist ready to join our diverse Global Operations Support team and play an exciting role in FairWind.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing of Quality and Integrated Management System based on ISO requirements.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • coordination, development, maintenance, and improvement of Integrated Management Systems based on the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, including initiating the creation of IMS system documentation,
  • conducting internal and supplier audits in accordance with the above-mentioned standards,
  • initiating corrective and preventive actions and monitoring their effectiveness,
  • documentation management based on the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards,
  • management of non-conformities from executed projects,
  • preparing periodic reports,
  • participating in the process of conducting training for employees regarding Quality & IMS.

What we expect from you:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Quality, Environment and Health and Safety,
  • ability to think analytically,
  • conscientiousness in data management,
  • interpersonal skills, teamwork,creativity, assertiveness, independence, proactive approach,
  • ability to work under pressure of time and results,
  • very good spoken and written English,
  • ability to audit processes (ISO internal auditor certificate preferred).

  • Be ready to travel from time to time as this position includes site visits – different location in Europe region.
