Become part of our German team for the advertised position as:
HR Specialist
Location: Hamburg
Your responsibilities include:
- Recruitment of technicians (beginners and experienced) and white collar workers for German market
- Direct search & headhunting
- Conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates
- Maintaining communication regarding candidate and manager inquiries
- Being responsible for onboarding and exit processes
- Run and navigate HR related projects in German office
What we expect from you:
- At least one year of experience in a similar position
- Experience in recruiting blue-collar and white-collar workers
- Strong communication skills
- Independence and openness
- Familiarity with platforms like Xing and LinkedIn
- MS Office skills
- English proficiency (min. B2)
- Polish language and labor law knowledge would be an advantage
