We are looking for HR Business Partner ready to provide a business-focused human resource service across our Europe Region. Adopting a customer-focused approach and focusing on providing a cost efficient, innovative, solution to the business needs with the ability to quickly respond to changing priorities. Also acting as a professional source of information and providing guidance in all matters relating to human resource issues.

You will be responsible for providing proactive generalist support on a range of HR issues such as performance management, absence management, conduct and capability issues, reward, resource planning and talent management strategy for the business.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements
  • Leading and managing complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Builds a strong business relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Facilitates the management team through organisational development to influence the culture of the organisation driving employee engagement
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
  • Creating a positive employee relations climate; coaching managers to fulfil their people management responsibilities.
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Challenges the organisational structure of the internal client, proposes and lead changes and restructures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Keeping updated in specialist knowledge to provide expertise and guidance to performance management and employee relations issues.
  • Influencing the development of business centered HR policies and processes to ensure they meet the needs of the business and are communicated effectively
  • Contribute to the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives
  • Proactively manage sickness absence cases and monitor trends. Assist with identification and resolution of problematic cases and long-term sickness issues
  • Support the recruitment and selection process for the client group where required ensuring compliance with Company policy and budgets
  • Coach and support the development/decision making of junior members of the HR function

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Good standard of education to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Previous generalist HR experience gained in a similar role
  • Credibility to influence at all organisational levels and strong commercial awareness
  • Proven track record of managing complex ER casework with a good breadth of experience
  • Experience of leading organisational change projects for example restructure and redundancy

Desirable:

  • HR qualification
  • Previous industry experience
