FairWind is a global leader in wind energy solutions, with blades identified as a key strategic growth area. As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we’re seeking a talented Global Sales Manager – Blades to drive our success in new regions while strengthening our existing presence.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Global Sales Manager – Blades for this newly established position. Reporting directly to the COO Service, with close daily cooperation with the Global Business Development Director, Global Tender Specialist, and Regional Sales teams, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our blades business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong foothold in strategic regions, including North America (NA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Southern Europe (SESA).
- Drive customer acquisition and business development in Northern and Central Europe (NCE)
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying and addressing their unique needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pitch blade services while promoting other FairWind offerings.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals aligned with company goals
- Provide insights and strategy for entering new markets.
- Conduct regular travel (up to 60 days/year) to build relationships, attend events, and represent FairWind in strategic discussions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in global sales with a strong focus on renewable energy and blade services.
- A robust network within the wind energy sector.
- Ability to operate effectively across regions with sensitivity to cultural nuances.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Capable of balancing a clear focus on blades while effectively pitching additional FairWind services.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
