Join FairWind’s Tech Competence Development Team

Kickstart your career in the growing wind energy sector and contribute to the green transition – FairWind is a leading global provider of technical installation and service solutions for onshore and offshore wind turbines. With 2,000+ employees and subcontracted technicians across multiple regions, we are committed to driving sustainable energy forward.

Your Role: As part of our Tech Competence Development team, you will help implement and improve FairWind’s global technician evaluation model. You’ll collaborate across regions—talking to a Polish technician one day and an HR specialist in Australia the next. Your structured, detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth evaluation processes while supporting our global workforce. You will work closely with an experienced colleague, who will support your onboarding. We offer a role with strong development potential, backed by a leader who prioritizes your career development.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and managing the administrative parts of the monthly evaluation plans for technicians.
  • Collect, analyze, and present evaluation outcome data to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date evaluation information.
  • Monitor rate changes and align them with salary matrix guidelines.
  • Support regional teams in understanding and applying evaluation processes.
  • Take part in works related to strategic initiatives to strengthen FairWind as an attractive employer for technicians.

What we offer

  • Full-time role with a high degree of independence & team works.
  • Office-based work in Szczecin, Poland, with regular support from a local colleague.
  • Direct leadership from the Global Director of Resource Management (based in Denmark, with monthly visits to Szczecin).
  • Stable employment, private healthcare, Multisport card, and a dynamic, multicultural team.

Who we are looking for

  • Fluent in Polish and C1-level English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable working in digital systems.
  • A structured and performance-driven professional who enjoys learning and teamwork.
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but motivation and a willingness to develop matter most.

If you’re ready to grow your career in a dynamic, international environment, we’d love to hear from you!
