Blades Project Coordinator

FairWind is looking for a Blades Project Coordinator to support our Technical Manager and ensure the smooth execution of blade service projects. This role is ideal for a proactive and tech-savvy individual eager to develop in project coordination within the wind energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Preparation

• Assist in defining and sourcing tools, equipment, and materials for blade service projects.
• Coordinate the transportation and logistics of materials to project sites.
• Prepare necessary documentation and ensure timely submission.
• Support technician deployment planning, including travel and accommodation arrangements.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Support technicians on-site by ensuring they have the required tools, materials, and IT support.
• Ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Assist in efficiently solving operational and technical challenges.

Project Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to post-project evaluation and lessons learned processes.
• Support the assessment of technician performance after project completion.
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions to optimize future projects.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A highly organized and motivated individual with technical and/or mechanical experience & mindset and IT proficiency.
• Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of a project, from planning to execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to challenges.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
• No specific education is required, but technical/mechanical/computer skills are a strong advantage.
• English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
