Training (Senior) Specialist with experience from the Wind or related industries.

As we continue to expand into new regions and business areas, we are looking for an experienced Training Specialist, with the possibility of considering a more senior role for the right candidate. In this position, you will play a key part in enhancing the capabilities of our Training department and providing dedicated support to our North Central European resource planning teams.
Main responsibility: Support the Service Resource Management teams in meeting training requirements
- Building training schedule for projects and training plans for our technicians
- Scheduling trainings in line with training budget (Client specific, GWO standards, classroom, on-site and webinar)
- Cooperation with training centers in the North Central European region.
- Provide sparring for Resource Planner on Training matrix as support for development of teams & talented techs
Main responsibility 2: With the Training team ensure documentation
- Updating Client and Fairwind platforms/databases (uploading and downloading certificates for all technicians)
- Data gathering, and ad hoc reporting to stakeholders, supported by our Training Admin Specialist & system expect
Main responsibility 3: Problem solving & ability to navigate in a dynamic environment
- Sense of urgency support to the resource teams in solving problems connected to everyday project execution
- Coordinating problem solutions between various internal departments when ad hoc issues appears
Main responsibility 4: Supporting to Sales & Project management
- Preparing analysis in accordance with Client requirements
- Be advisor for Sales on calculations & team selling support
Qualifications: As the role has a broad scope, qualification and background comes in many shapes. Ideally, you have a bachelor and 2-3 years of experience from a similar position. You must be minimum at B2 English and come with proficiency in the Office 365 products (Excel as highest priority) and is comfortable working in other software systems. Finally, you come with high attendance to details and the ability to follow the departmental processes but in close dialogues with & across our international departments, where you primarily are working with Local resource management teams.
The Role: Full-time position with a high level of independence in your work. Daily you will be working out FairWinds Office in Szczecin-city center, Poland – and you will sit with piers and colleagues, who will be available for support and sparring. The role also allows for partly working from home (hybrid company policy).
