We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to expand our range of clients in the Wind Turbine and other green energy sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the wind industry and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Wind Turbine and other green energy sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and industry trends.
  • Participate in industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote the European Wind Academy’s offerings.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our training programs to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of training services to clients.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the Wind Energy industry is essential.
  • Experience in sales, especially within the renewable energy sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficiency in using computers.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in German is desirable.
