Stewart has more than 30 years’ experience working in the global energy sector many of which have been in executive leadership roles. He joined FairWind as our CEO in August 2023 with a remit to provide leadership and direction in support of our structured, targeted and controlled growth aspirations. Before joining FairWind, he spent 10 years as CEO at specialist engineering, inspection, operations, and maintenance company Sparrows Group, leading the business through its acquisition by Altrad Group. Starting his career as an offshore field engineer with McDermott international, Stewart held numerous project management and leadership roles in the company before progressing to senior vice president of the Middle East, India, Caspian and Americas regions. Stewart is a Chartered Engineer, holds a degree in mechanical engineering and is a member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology. He has also completed the Executive Directors Program at the Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University, and the Executive Management Program at Thunderbird School of Management.

Joining the FairWind leadership team in July 2022 as the COO for the Onshore and offshore installation business, Rasmus oversees the global operations with our four regional directors reporting to him. He was brought into FairWind to define and drive the organisational and operational transformation of the business in order to meet the future growth and market expectations. Before coming to FairWind, Rasmus spent 14 years in the wind industry holding various international leadership positions in different levels of the value chain. Most recently he was COO of ENABL, an international company providing engineering solutions to OEMS, where his focus was to prepare the operation for organic growth and through M&A. Rasmus has a business administration background. He started his career with Siemens Gamesa and during his 10 years there went through PM, strategy and leadership programmes.

Having joined FairWind as Chief Financial Officer in 2023, Sisse is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations of the business as well as legal, compliance, and IT functions. She has held senior finance positions for businesses across the industrial and offshore wind sectors for more than 15 years – most recently for ESVAGT A/S. During her career, Sisse has delivered significant M&A and restructuring activity and is experienced in leading businesses through IPO, as well as strategic development, corporate governance, new investments, and business digitisation. Sisse is also a board member at Ronne Harbour, and she holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Auditing, and Executive Board Education diploma, both from Copenhagen Business School

Laura dołączyła do FairWind jako Chief People Officer we wrześniu 2023 roku, wnosząc przywództwo w zakresie zasobów ludzkich i strategii organizacyjnej. Nadzoruje również funkcję marketingu i komunikacji firmy. Z ponad dziesięcioletnim doświadczeniem w zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi w sektorze energetycznym, Laura zajmowała wcześniej kilka kluczowych stanowisk w Sparrows Group, gdzie ostatnio była częścią zespołu kierowniczego jako dyrektor ds. zasobów ludzkich grupy. Mieszkająca w Aberdeen Laura jest Chartered Fellow of the CIPD i posiada dyplom z zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. Posiada również tytuł magistra w dziedzinie polityki i socjologii na Uniwersytecie w Aberdeen.

Jako doświadczony specjalista HSEQ wyższego szczebla, Peter ma silne doświadczenie operacyjne i udane osiągnięcia w branży energetycznej, morskiej i budowlanej. W trakcie swojej kariery zapewnił transformacyjne przywództwo w zakresie bezpieczeństwa i wspierające zarządzanie, które stworzyło skuteczną strategiczną i trwałą zmianę w organizacyjnej kulturze i wynikach HSEQ. Peter łączy ludzi dzięki stylowi przywództwa, który dostosowuje się, łączy i angażuje. Przed dołączeniem do FairWind, Peter był szefem grupy HSEQ w ASCO i był odpowiedzialny za nadzorowanie korporacyjnej strategii doskonałości HSEQ. Wcześniej był brytyjskim menedżerem ds. BHP w Subsea7 i był odpowiedzialny za prowadzenie transformacyjnych programów szkoleniowych w zakresie bezpieczeństwa. Peter jest dyplomowanym członkiem Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
