Stewart has more than 30 years’ experience working in the global energy sector many of which have been in executive leadership roles. He joined FairWind as our CEO in August 2023 with a remit to provide leadership and direction in support of our structured, targeted and controlled growth aspirations. Before joining FairWind, he spent 10 years as CEO at specialist engineering, inspection, operations, and maintenance company Sparrows Group, leading the business through its acquisition by Altrad Group. Starting his career as an offshore field engineer with McDermott international, Stewart held numerous project management and leadership roles in the company before progressing to senior vice president of the Middle East, India, Caspian and Americas regions. Stewart is a Chartered Engineer, holds a degree in mechanical engineering and is a member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology. He has also completed the Executive Directors Program at the Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University, and the Executive Management Program at Thunderbird School of Management.

Joining the FairWind leadership team in July 2022 as the COO for the Onshore and offshore installation business, Rasmus oversees the global operations with our four regional directors reporting to him. He was brought into FairWind to define and drive the organisational and operational transformation of the business in order to meet the future growth and market expectations. Before coming to FairWind, Rasmus spent 14 years in the wind industry holding various international leadership positions in different levels of the value chain. Most recently he was COO of ENABL, an international company providing engineering solutions to OEMS, where his focus was to prepare the operation for organic growth and through M&A. Rasmus has a business administration background. He started his career with Siemens Gamesa and during his 10 years there went through PM, strategy and leadership programmes.

Having joined FairWind as Chief Financial Officer in 2023, Sisse is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations of the business as well as legal, compliance, and IT functions. She has held senior finance positions for businesses across the industrial and offshore wind sectors for more than 15 years – most recently for ESVAGT A/S. During her career, Sisse has delivered significant M&A and restructuring activity and is experienced in leading businesses through IPO, as well as strategic development, corporate governance, new investments, and business digitisation. Sisse is also a board member at Ronne Harbour, and she holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Auditing, and Executive Board Education diploma, both from Copenhagen Business School

Peter ha estado con FairWind desde 2019, habiéndose unido como Jefe Global de Servicio antes de pasar a su cargo actual como Director de Operaciones - Servicio en 2023, donde se centra en la estrategia y la entrega de nuestras líneas de servicio. Peter se unió a FairWind desde Siemens Gamesa, y sus 30 años de carrera le han llevado por todo el mundo. Laura se incorporó a FairWind como Directora de Personas en septiembre de 2023, aportando liderazgo en Recursos Humanos y estrategia organizativa. También supervisa la función de marketing y comunicación de la empresa. Con más de una década de experiencia en liderazgo de RRHH en el sector energético, Laura ocupó anteriormente varios puestos clave en Sparrows Group, donde más recientemente formó parte del equipo de liderazgo ejecutivo como Directora de Recursos Humanos del Grupo. Laura, que reside en Aberdeen, es miembro colegiado del CIPD y posee un diploma en gestión de recursos humanos. También tiene un máster en Política y Sociología por la Universidad de Aberdeen.

Peter Guild es el Director Global de HSEQ de FairWind y ofrece apoyo y asesoramiento al equipo directivo y a la empresa en general en materia de HSEQ. Peter, un experimentado profesional de alto nivel en HSEQ, cuenta con una sólida experiencia operativa y un exitoso historial en actividades energéticas, marítimas y de construcción. A lo largo de su carrera, ha ejercido un liderazgo transformador en materia de seguridad y una gestión de apoyo que ha generado un cambio estratégico eficaz y sostenible en la cultura y el rendimiento de la organización en materia de HSEQ. Peter une a las personas con un estilo de liderazgo que se adapta, conecta y compromete. Antes de unirse a FairWind, Peter fue Jefe de Grupo de HSEQ en ASCO y responsable de supervisar la estrategia corporativa de excelencia en HSEQ. Antes de eso, fue Director de HSE en el Reino Unido en Subsea7 y responsable de liderar la entrega de programas de formación de seguridad transformacionales. Peter es miembro colegiado de la Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
