To strengthen our presence in the German market, we are looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Hamburg-Stellingen or in Szczecin. This is a strategic role for a professional who understands the commercial and technical dynamics of the wind energy industry and is passionate about contributing to a more sustainable future.

Sus cualificaciones

 

  • Proven experience in sales, key account management, or tendering within the wind energy industry – preferably with an OEM, service provider, or EPC
  • Strong understanding of wind turbine installation, service operations, or project delivery
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and willingness to travel

Su papel

 

  • Lead and manage complex onshore and offshore wind tenders from start to finish
  • Analyze client requests, tender materials, and contracts to prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing strategies, and risk assessments
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with leading wind OEMs, developers, and EPCs, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless project execution
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments – engineering, project management, and HSE – to deliver competitive, technically sound proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and represent FairWind at client meetings, industry conferences, and wind energy trade fairs
  • Maintain CRM systems and cost databases, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within the renewable energy sector
  • Support the onboarding and mentoring of new sales team members
