Description

To strengthen our presence in the German market, we are looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Hamburg-Stellingen or in Szczecin. This is a strategic role for a professional who understands the commercial and technical dynamics of the wind energy industry and is passionate about contributing to a more sustainable future.

Your qualifications

Proven experience in sales, key account management, or tendering within the wind energy industry – preferably with an OEM, service provider, or EPC
Strong understanding of wind turbine installation, service operations, or project delivery
Excellent analytical and commercial skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation
Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, with attention to detail
Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
A proactive, results-driven mindset and willingness to travel

Your Role

Lead and manage complex onshore and offshore wind tenders from start to finish
Analyze client requests, tender materials, and contracts to prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing strategies, and risk assessments
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with leading wind OEMs, developers, and EPCs, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless project execution
Collaborate closely with internal departments – engineering, project management, and HSE – to deliver competitive, technically sound proposals
Negotiate contracts and represent FairWind at client meetings, industry conferences, and wind energy trade fairs
Maintain CRM systems and cost databases, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Identify opportunities for business growth within the renewable energy sector
Support the onboarding and mentoring of new sales team members
