Are you experienced in contract management and international employment compliance? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring smooth workforce mobility across multiple countries? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
📍 Location: Aberdeen, Vejle or Szczecin
💼 Reports to: Global Mobility Manager
🎓 Degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
📄 Proven experience in contract management, ideally in an international setting
⚖ Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and global mobility regulations
🤝 Familiarity with CBAs and union agreements is a plus
💡 Bonus points if you have:
✔ Legal or HR certifications (CIPD, IACCM, etc.)
✔ Experience in the wind energy or renewable construction sector
✔ Additional language skills
✔ Draft, review, and issue employment & contractor agreements for international technicians
✔ Ensure compliance with employment laws, tax regulations, and visa/work permit requirements
✔ Maintain and develop contract templates for consistency and legal compliance
✔ Incorporate collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) where applicable
✔ Provide expert guidance on employment classification and contractual matters
