Do you want to have a real impact on work safety, service quality, and environmental protection in renewable energy projects?
✔ Relevant education in the field of Health & Safety
✔ Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
✔ Good knowledge of MS Office tools
✔ Strong communication skills, proactive approach, willingness to learn and develop
Nice to have:
➕ Experience in preparing HSE documentation
➕ Experience in conducting accident investigations
➕ Internal Auditor ISO certification
✅ Preparing instructions, procedures, and HSE and quality documentation (e.g., EHS Plan, RAMS)
✅ Supporting projects with the preparation of HSE documentation
✅ Conducting health & safety training
✅ Performing inspections and audits
✅ Supporting incident, environmental event, and non-conformity reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
✅ Promoting best practices and a strong safety culture within the organization
✅ Cooperation with company clients regarding health, safety, and quality requirements
We are looking for a person who will actively support our project teams in the area of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) by implementing FairWind standards as well as local legal requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, cooperate closely with clients and technical teams, and contribute to the development of the wind energy sector.
