The 欧洲风能学院 is dedicated to advancing safety and technical skills within the wind energy industry.

The academy delivers a wide range of globally recognised training courses, including exclusive OEM-specific training. We currently have training facilities within 波兰 and Australia, providing hands-on, practical training. Our courses include:

Inside our training facilities

To support the growing global demand for skilled wind turbine technicians, FairWind delivers training through the 欧洲风能学院, with facilities designed to provide realistic, hands-on learning environments for the wind energy industry. We currently have two global training facilities in place.

Australia

Our purpose-built mobile facility brings high-quality GWO training directly to project sites across Australia. Technicians gain practical, on-site experience without the need to travel, supporting rapid workforce development.

波兰

Located in Szczecin, our modern centre features classrooms and realistic turbine training rigs for GWO-certified courses, including safety, technical, and rescue training. Instructors bring real turbine experience, preparing technicians for onshore and offshore projects.
