We’re looking for someone at the start of their career who’s curious, organised, and keen to learn something new. No experience needed – we’ll teach you everything step by step. This is a great opportunity to join an international environment and see how global mobility works in practice.

您的资质

Student status (any field related to business, law, economics, international relations etc. is a plus)
Good English (B2 or higher)
A proactive, “I’ll figure it out” attitude
Attention to detail and good organisation skills
Curiosity and willingness to learn

Nice to have (but not required):

Additional languages
Interest in international work, tax, law, or global mobility

您的角色

Supporting the end-to-end process of international assignments for technicians
Helping prepare and organise documents (e.g. A1 certificates and other formal paperwork)
Assisting with communication with local authorities and arranging appointments
Working closely with internal teams like Legal, Tax, and Operations
Keeping documentation up to date and helping ensure compliance
Supporting the team with simple process maps and guidelines
