We are looking for a Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for support the finalization and quality assurance of wind turbine installations by performing inspections, walkdowns, documentation, and corrective tasks to ensure readiness for handover

  • Inspection and QA Procedures / Understanding of Walkdown Processes
  • Use of Hand and Power Tools
  • Safety Training
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Procedures
  • Understanding of mechanical systems and components
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Communicative English level
  • Valid driver’s license category B
  • 在体力要求高且需要现场工作的环境中，医疗健康评估工作适宜性

  • Cleaning turbine before WD
  • Inspection of components
  • Checking prepared components by prep team before installation
  • Preparation of documentation for WTG
  • Internal punch list – correcting your mistakes done by previous teams
  • Walkdown with client
  • Snag list after WD. Correcting our mistakes pointed by Vestas SV during inspection
  • Painting inside of WTG – damages done during installation
  • Application of stickers and safety equipment
