Ever wondered who makes sure wind industry professionals get trained, certified, scheduled, informed, and still leave with a smile?

At European Wind Academy (EWA), we develop the people who keep the wind industry moving.

To support our growing activities, we’re looking for a Senior Training Operations Support Coordinator to join Paulina Olenkowicz-Królasik’s team and help deliver outstanding training programmes, events and participant experiences.

If you love organising events, coordinating people, managing multiple projects and creating great customer experiences, this role might be for you.

Twoje kwalifikacje

✔ Experience in event coordination, marketing, project coordination, customer experience or training administration.

✔ Strong organisational and communication skills.

✔ A proactive approach and attention to detail.

✔ Confidence working with multiple stakeholders.

✔ Fluent English.

✔ The ability to stay calm when an event starts in ten minutes and someone suddenly says, “Just one quick question…”

Twoja rola

Taking ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of training programmes, conferences, company events and external activities.
Creating exceptional experiences for participants, customers and partners.
Coordinating schedules, registrations, logistics and communications.
Acting as a key point of contact for participants, trainers, customers and vendors.
Providing administrative and operational support to other Group functions as required, contributing to the efficient delivery of business activities across FairWind.
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Supporting the team in delivering high-quality projects and events.
