We’re looking for a Junior HSEQ Specialist NCE (Northern & Central Europe.) — a role is perfect for someone starting their HSEQ career and eager to learn on the job. You’ll support the regional HSEQ Manager, get exposure to site activities, and help turn HSEQ data into actionable insights across the region.

Attention to detail and strong administrative and data analysis skills

Hands-on, practical mindset

Good communication skills to engage with teams and stakeholders

Curious, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges

HSEQ qualification (NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent)

Twoja rola

Providing administrative support to the HSEQ Manager NCE, keeping day-to-day HSEQ operations organized

Preparing and analyzing HSEQ data, creating reports and identifying trends

Assisting with the implementation of regional HSEQ plans

Supporting audits and incident investigations, providing documentation, notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are recorded

Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to provide the manager with the information and support needed to maintain compliance

Participate in site visits and safety walks

Helping with investigation review forums and other HSEQ projects,
