At FairWind, we are committed to supporting the global renewables sector and driving operational excellence through digital transformation. We are seeking an entry-level Digital Transformation Analyst to strengthen our recently established Digital Team and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of FairWind’s digital journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for early-career candidates or recent graduates eager to grow in business intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation, working in a collaborative, international environment.

Reports to the Digital Transformation Manager and collaborates with senior management, regional teams, business units, Global IT, and other functional teams to ensure alignment with FairWind’s digital transformation framework.

Twoje kwalifikacje

Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with data management concepts and ETL processes.
Exposure to SQL or other programming languages is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop new technical and business skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think cross-departmentally and engage collaboratively.

Process Control & Improvement

Enhance the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) across the organization.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for digital data processes and reporting tools.
Assist in implementing digital solutions to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
Contribute ideas for process optimization and digital adoption.

Digital Reporting & Analytics

Support the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
Assist with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for the company’s global data platform.
Explore new tools and maximize utilization of current platforms, including the Power Platform.

Data Management & Compliance

Ensure data accuracy, security, and stability across reporting and analytics activities.
Contribute to user guides and training materials, sharing best practices.
Adhere to FairWind’s data governance policies and standards.
Maintain and optimize data flows for consistent reporting.
