FairWind is looking for the right person to join the FairWind Head of Strategic PMO and his team – to succeed in the role you need to be comfortable working on improving our educational platform one day, create strategic progress reports the next and maybe end your week updating our company presentation. In brief, the role requires a flexible working style, a ‘what is needed’ mind-set and having the potential for a steep learning curve.
Lead by the Head of Strategic PMO, you will assist on traction reports from Strategic Business Development projects and be introduced to exposes to and learn the Project Management disciplines. You will be asked to support with materials for company management meetings, presentations, and business documents.
Lead by the Global Educational Manager, you will be the co-driver for ensuring FairWind succeed in implementing our new online educational platform (Learning Management System), managing day to day course administration and support the organization in development of new training modules.
Your main responsibilities will include:
✓ Utilize your strong PowerPoint skills assisting on traction reports and build your Project Management toolbox
✓ Ad hoc support to the top management team; Strengthen the Visual look of presentation materials and support on content to internal management meetings
✓ Ad hoc data analysis support or process improvement support to business areas with FairWind.
✓ Opportunity to the driver of the FairWind environmental plan (aim: reduce CO2 emission)
✓ Take over selected Marketing, SOME and Communication tasks.
✓ Course Administration in our Learning Management System, booking of venues, send invitations, track & remind participants and manage certificates.
✓ Be sparring partner for Content specialist on how to use the available system tools to enhance the learning experience and over time drive the development of selected training modules
✓ Work with Data Collection tools for course and system evaluation, hereunder collect and present data and suggest system & training improvements
Our expectations of you:
✓ Master or Bachelor in Business Administration will be a strong benefit / Alternatively, you have an educational background which allow you to bring value to our Training & Educational area
✓ You have a potential to fulfill above mentioned tasks (proven by work experience or participation in some undertaken school or private projects)
✓ Strong willingness to learn
✓ Experience with digital training will be a benefit
✓ Willingness to perform some repetitious tasks with high quality level as well as undertake
✓ English – fluent C1 minimum & Proficiency in Office, especially PowerPoint/Excel.
