Due to ongoing expansion, we have just started recruitment for Project Manager.
We have a huge variety of FairWind projects all over the world, and we can offer you a unique position with an interesting combination of office, fieldwork, customer contact and administrative tasks.
As a Project Manager, your criteria of success will be an overview of complex project execution according to Client demands, preparing budgets, project schedules, organization of plans, and development of teams and leaders – all in accordance with tight deadlines.
Your main responsibilities will include:
✓ Preparing project execution; tracking and reporting KPI’s, factors, results and progress of projects within the region;
✓ Planning projects within the fields of / Fleet, tools & equipment / Manpower / Subcontractors;
✓ Preparation of project budgets;
✓ Profit & Loss responsibility, ensuring the financial milestones are met;
✓ Development of a detailed project plan to monitor and truck the progress;
✓ Lead communication with Customers ensuring flawless relationships, handling claims, and cooperating with Sales on Customer Satisfaction Surveys;
✓ Management of project documentation;
✓ Project cost management, with a heavy emphasis on cost reduction;
✓ Site inspections.
Our expectations of you:
✓ Be ready to travel as this position includes work partially on sites – different location in the North & Central Europe region;
✓ Experience in project management including tracking and planning projects – min. 3 years is a must have;
✓ Experience in people management;
✓ Experience in sales activities will be a strong benefit;
✓ Effective presentation and negotiation skills;
✓ Strong focus on cost reduction and efficiency mind set;
✓ Experience in cross-functional organization;
✓ Very good level of English;
✓ Great analytic and organizational skills;
✓ Driver’s license – B category.
