As FP&A Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and presentation of data from various regions and business units within the organization. This role ensures that data reporting processes are consistent, accurate, and timely, supporting strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance. You will be closely working with multiple departments, including finance, operations, and sales, to align reporting with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute regular reports for the Board and other shareholders.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports for HoR and departments. Quarterly Nasdaq reporting.
  • Prepare Annual reports in accordance with IFRS.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to present data effectively and efficiently.
  • ESG/CSRD (taxonomy) reporting in close cooperation with another department. Ensure annual data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms. Reporting on running forecasting, yearly budget – and strategic forecasting

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a reporting (in accordance to IFRS) or data management role, preferably in a global organization.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL). Experienced with IFRS
  • Excellent understanding of financial and regulatory reporting requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with reporting/consolidation systems (e.g., Oracle). Knowledge of advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality management practices.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require occasional travel to different global offices.
  • Standard office environment with the possibility of remote work arrangements.
