To bolster our global presence, we are seeking a skilled Global Resource Coordinator with a process mind-set.

Responsibilities include developing and enhancing regional optimization processes, overseeing administrative planning, managing the supply aspects, and implementing structured reporting and working procedures.

Reporting directly to the Director of Global Resource Management, you will play a crucial role in establishing a shared service function to support regional resource planning teams.

Main responsibility:

1: Create the global resource overview & facilitate coordination between regions

  • Provide the overview of Global Competences, profiles and installation teams
  • Facilitate bi-weekly coordination calls with the Local Resource Management teams
  • Support the regional teams in explore the possibility of support from other regions

2: Build & develop the global reporting structure

  • Collect regional data, and monthly publish global churn rate report
  • Consolidation of manpower plans across all projects to forecast recruitment needs
  • Deliver ad hoc man-power reports to Board of Directors as well as top management meetings

3: Global process ownership

  • Own the global resource booking process, and annually conduct reviews with regional stakeholders
  • Define & publish working procedures for how FairWind is assigning & ensuring resources to projects
  • Collaboration with our Sr. Product Specialist in reflecting working processes & procedures our planning system


  • As the role has a broad scope, qualification and background comes in many shapes. Ideally, you have +3 years of experience from a similar position, but coming with a planning & logistical background from other industries is also an option
  • You must be minimum at C1 English and come with proficiency in the Office 365 products (Excel as highest priority) and is comfortable working in other software systems
  • Finally, you know how to build & present data & reports, and is familiar working with processes & working procedures.

The Role:

  • Full-time position with a high level of independence in your work
  • Daily you will be working out in FairWinds Office in Szczecin-city center, Poland – and you will sit with piers and colleagues, who will be available for support and sparring
  • Your direct leader is working out of Denmark but will frequently be in Szczecin and take responsibility for your personal development and set directions for your work
  • The role also allows for partly working from home (hybrid company policy).
