Description

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience as an auditor but is currently working in an international company. Specific knowledge of the wind industry is not important.

Essential responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

  • Responsible for trial balance of several legal entities
    • In close corporation in our international accounting department ensuring high quality in data for monthly reports and financial statements.
  • Support in preparation of monthly reports
    • Responsible for all intergroup transactions and balances;
    • Assistance regarding the consolidation of the groups 23 separate legal entities.
  • Support in preparation of financial statement for the group.
  • Conducting audit at foreign service providers across the world
    • FairWind are using several external service providers. There are responsible for submitting VAT, payroll related taxes and CIT etc. We will conduct audit on sight to ensure high performance and good quality.
  • Support in the budget process for the group.
  • Transfer pricing documentation
    • Yearly updating exciting transfer pricing documentation;
    • Assistance in developing full documentation for new legal entities in the group.
  • Foreign VAT
    • Ensuring timely and correct VAT declaration mainly regarding the mother company’s
      8 VAT registration;
    • Ensuring application of foreign VAT refund
      in countries there the company have no VAT registration.
  • Continue developing financial processes within our shared services.

Hard skills:

  • Fluency in verbal and written English;
  • Navision proficiency a plus;
  • Microsoft Office® proficiency.

Soft skills:

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities;
  • Structured and analytical work approach;
  • Self-starter.

Experience requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working as an auditor;
  • 1-2 years of experience from a similar position;
  • Experience in international companies;
  • Knowledge about provisions of Accounting Act and transfer pricing;
  • Very good English skills, especially in Accounting and Financial area;
  • Ability to deliver good quality of reports;
  • Detail oriented mind-set;
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and concentrate in a busy environment;
  • Sense of responsibility and good time management.
