As a Cranes Manager at FairWind you will cooperate close with KAM’s, Tender Managers, Head of Regions and all Business Units.
Your main responsibilities will include:
✓ Management of crane services to ensure achieving company business objectives and cover operational needs within crane services globally;
✓ Providing primary suppliers’ interface and support Head of Cranes in managing relationships with key suppliers at strategy and execution level;
✓ Identification and verification capabilities of new suppliers;
✓ Preparation, negotiation and implementation of frame agreements in close cooperation with management;
✓ Participation in establishing and maintaining measurable performance metrics;
✓ Tracking and managing commercial contract execution within crane services;
✓ Gathering and providing technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders within crane services;
✓ Providing relevant technical documentation for education and conduct specialized training accordingly to Company Trainings Strategy;
✓ Supporting HOC in Cranes Department Development.
Our expectations of you:
✓ Experience from the Heavy Crane/Wind Industry/Construction/Site Management;
✓ Negotiating and contract managements skills;
✓ Knowledge within project budgets and calculations;
✓ Willingness to travel;
✓ Ability to build positive, long term relationships;
✓ English – fluent C1 minimum & Proficiency in Office, especially Excel;
✓ Master or bachelor degree in commercial or engineering discipline will be a strong benefit.
