Since 2017, we’ve been empowering technicians from around the world through certified GWO and OEM training programs.
We’re looking for a Technical Trainer who’s ready to inspire, teach, and grow with us.
Sus cualificaciones
2+ years of experience in wind turbine installation or service.
Strong communication and teaching skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Bonus: experience as a trainer, mentor, or supervisor.
Su papel
Deliver hands-on technical training in mechanics, hydraulics, and wind turbine systems.
Lead certified GWO and OEM-specific courses for international technicians.
Co-develop new training programs and continuously improve existing materials.
Prepare training facilities and ensure a safe, high-quality learning environment.
Collaborate with trainers, admin teams, and subcontractors to plan and execute training schedules.
Represent EWA at industry events and support site visits and internal development days.
