Are you passionate about creating engaging digital learning experiences and eager to explore new tools and methods? We’re looking for a curious, creative e-learning professional who enjoys combining instructional design, visual storytelling and hands-on LMS work to make learning impactful and accessible. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow, experiment and truly shape how learning is delivered across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you must be confident in constantly exploring new methods and systems and be willing to learn. We expect that you have several years of experience developing and maintain interactive and involving e-learning material possibly from a position as an instructional designer or similar. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of how people learn and know how to develop captivating and involving learning material.
It is a requirement that you have experience working with various authoring tools. Today we are working with the authoring tools Vyond and Captivate but we are looking into the possibility of purchasing other tools, so it is not a requirement that you are familiar with these tools.
The day-to-day maintenance of our LMS will be one of your main areas of responsibility. You will oversee enrolling participants to new courses, registering and tracking participation, uploading new material to the course catalogue and onboarding of new employees to the course catalogue. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have knowledge of the LMS Microsoft 365, but you will of course get a thorough onboarding.
Other important tasks will be occasionally to help developing various company presentations and reports, to co-drive development of online and face-to-face trainings and assist with user tests of online trainings. If you can help with development of storyboards now and it will further be an advantage.
We expect that you have well-developed graphic and visual skills, as well as good communication and collaborative skills. We also expect that you are detail-oriented, take pride in achieving goals and deliverables and in meeting business deadlines.
In return we offer a role where the right candidate can unfold her or his potential with a direct leader who prioritizes your development.
The Role will be a full-time position with a high level of independence in your work. You will be working daily from the FairWind office in Szczecin city centre, Poland, or alternatively from Spain, as we are also open to candidates based there. Your direct leader, the Global Education Manager, is based in Denmark but will frequently be in Szczecin – at least once per month – and will take responsibility for your personal development and setting the direction for your work.
