Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and strengthen our position in the United Kingdom and Ireland, whilst also supporting the Northern & Central Europe (NCE) region.

Your qualifications

✅ Solid B2B sales and customer relationship management experience in a technical environment

✅ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or Engineering

✅ Strong negotiation skills and contractual understanding

✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

✅ Customer-focused approach and service mindset

✅ Proficiency in MS Office

✅ Fluency in English

✅ Wind industry experience is a strong benefit

Your Role

✔️ Drive continuous growth in sales and profitability across the UKIE region

✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

✔️ Manage the sales process, including preparation of competitive offers, negotiations, and contract finalization with support from global teams

✔️ Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their expectations

✔️ Actively seek new business opportunities within FairWind’s installation and service offerings

✔️ Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution

✔️ Represent FairWind at relevant renewable industry events and conferences

✔️ Support the preparation of business forecasts for the region

✔️ Maintain accurate and high-quality data within the CRM system
