We are currently looking for experienced Offshore Wind Turbine Technicians to join our international team for installation projects on vessels and pre-assembly activities in port. If you have hands-on experience with turbine installation and want to be part of dynamic offshore wind projects, this opportunity is for you.

You will be responsible for supporting installation and pre-assembly of offshore wind turbines in accordance with project plans, while strictly adhering to all safety procedures and quality standards.

Your qualifications

What we expect from you:

Experience as a Wind Turbine Technician (installation or pre-assembly)
Offshore experience or readiness to work on installation vessels
Experience working with Siemens Gamesa and/or Vestas turbines
Valid GWO certificates (incl. Sea Survival)
Good communication skills in English
Driving license category B
Ability to follow strict HSE procedures in offshore environment
Flexibility and readiness to work in rotation system
Strong team-oriented mindset and responsibility
Professional representation of FairWind on and offshore

Nice to have:

Technical background (mechanical or electrical)
Proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Good communication and cooperation skills

Your Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

Perform installation activities on offshore wind turbines on installation vessels
Execute pre-assembly of turbine components in port (e.g. tower sections, nacelle, hub)
Support mechanical and/or electrical installation tasks according to project scope
Work closely with an international team of technicians and supervisors
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE standards and site procedures
Maintain accurate service and installation documentation
