Description

Due to an upcoming large-scale wind project focused on concrete foundation construction, we are rapidly expanding our teams and looking for experienced wind turbine technicians ready to join dynamic international assignments.

We are building multiple teams working in parallel, and currently hiring for:

Installation Technicians (ground & top-side, incl. Team Leads)
Mechanical Technicians (incl. Team Lead)
Pre-assembly / assembly technicians
General independent technicians for early project phases
Quality Team Lead
Stockkeeper
Installation Coordinator (IC)

Your qualifications

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficient use of manual and power tools
Experience using hydraulic tools
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components
Safety training
Knowledge and application of Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures
Communicative level of English
Valid driver’s license
Medical fitness to work in physically demanding and on-site environments

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

Execute works related to concrete foundation construction, including setting-out and early-stage activities
Perform mechanical installation and pre-assembly tasks in later project phases
Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures with high accuracy
Support lifting, positioning, and installation of components using designated equipment
Work closely within a team structure under supervision of Team Leads and Coordinators
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity on site
