Your qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles, ideally in energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.

Optional

  • Experience in employer branding and collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with cross-border recruitment and mobility documentation.
  • Exposure to change management and process improvement initiatives.

Your Role

  • As the Recruitment and Retention Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals, managing complex hiring processes, and ensuring that our recruitment and retention strategies align with business needs and company values.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment & Retention Specialists. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Personally manage high-priority and complex recruitment processes. Collaborate with hiring managers and resource planners to define sourcing strategies, timelines, and expectations. Maintain a strong personal talent pipeline through active sourcing and networking.
  • Process Optimization: Own and improve recruitment processes, tools, and documentation. Standardize job descriptions, interview templates, and offer formats. Implement new systems and workflows to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding and Partnerships: Work closely with the Marketing team to execute employer branding campaigns. Represent FairWind at job fairs, university events, and online recruitment initiatives. Build and maintain partnerships with universities, training centers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Reporting and Insights: Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership. Support workforce planning with data-driven forecasts and market intelligence. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to track retention data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws, GDPR, and internal policies. Act as a point of escalation for compliance-related issues and candidate disputes. Coordinate with the Global Mobility team on international recruitment and documentation.
