FairWind is looking for a Decommissioning Expert to lead the way in dismantling onshore and offshore wind farms safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

✔ Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

✔ 5+ years in wind energy, construction, or industrial decommissioning.

✔ Strong knowledge of HSE standards and environmental compliance.

✔ Fluent in German and English.

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

✅ Design and implement decommissioning strategies for wind farms.

✅ Advise clients and internal teams on technical solutions and compliance.

✅ Ensure HSE standards and environmental regulations are met.

✅ Optimize recycling and waste management for turbine components.

✅ Collaborate across departments on planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
