YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and prepare EHS documentation (in English) in accordance with the organization’s accepted standards and applicable regulations (EHS plan, risk assessment, RAMS documentation);
  • Conducting audits and reviews of occupational health, safety and environmental conditions;
  • Conducting accident investigations and preparing accident documentation;
  • Participating in the development and updating of occupational risk assessments;
  • Preparing reports and analyses;
  • Advising the organization on all aspects related to safety and environmental protection;
  • Actively working to create awareness in the area of occupational health and safety.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the area of: health, safety and environmental protection;
  • Very good spoken and written English;
  • Very good working knowledge of regulations in the area of occupational safety, ability to develop occupational risk assessments;
  • Interpersonal skills, teamwork;
  • Driving license category B;
  • Creativity – FairWind is a dynamic organism that requires looking for non-standard solutions;
  • Ability to plan tasks independently, including long-term tasks, and systematically achieve their goals.
