Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the strategy in a leading global concern. As Head of Service, will have the full responsibility for building and developing customer relation yous and generating substantial growth in turnover and result.
You will have the full commercial responsibility for achieving the budgets closely linked to FairWind’s strategy. Building and developing an organization with a high competence level that meets demands and the overall goals will be a critical part of your job.
Leading a team, you will have the full responsibility for all processes and procedures, including close customer contact, driving sales processes, handling risk assessments, contractual negotiations, and successful execution of projects. Furthermore, you will have the full responsibility for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment within Service.
Ambitious and experienced leader – creating success and results
Having experience from a similar position in an international company (Utility, OEM, or in a company similar to FairWind), you are now ready for new challenges in a company which has experienced a two-digit percentage growth every year for the past decade.
You have experience of project management and knowledge about turbines, tools, and support functions combined with in-depth knowledge of Health & Safety, Environment and quality – and technical training. Working with complex contracts and negotiations has been a significant part of your tasks for several years.
You know what it takes to motivate and develop a strong and high-performing team of managers and specialists. You have an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. You take ownership of your tasks and areas of responsibility. You work with a strategic mindset and have the ability to convert strategy into concrete results – and success in your organization.
Experience with service from the wind industry is a must. A minimum of 3 years of strategic and tactical leadership is required as well as experience in building partnerships with executive stakeholders.
